AOD was established in Nov.2004 by several  U.S trained scientists with a total investment of RMB 0. 3 billion. The company covers an area of 90 m2,the factory takes 50,000 square meters and the laboratory takes 10,000 square meters. With the goal of exploring business opportunities, NINGBO ADVANCED OPTRONIC DECICES CO.,LTD was established in Aug. 2010. By the natural deep water harbour, convenient transportation and  business resources, we became a lighting company incorporated research, production, sales and service. AOD is one of the earliest companies who began developing LED  lighting technology . Combining company`s proprietary lighting technologies and the geographical low cost manufacturing. Our company takes the lead in promoting a series of LED lighting products with self-owned intellectual property rights and high quality after years of continuous development, practice and improvement. To date AOD has delivered more than 150000 pcs of LED street lights and 2,000,000 pcs of LED indoors lights meeting the needs of our green customers in 16countries and regions .

Ningbo AODevices makes full use of the years of research experience and results for product design & development for chips epitaxy , chips, Package , all kinds of Led lighting products R & D , LED source ,LED power and other core technologies in the high-power LED lighting technology, including the practical application experience of end products. With the help of the R & D base, R & D team and achievements founded by some Chinese-born American scientists of AOD company ,like Liuheng,Sunxiqing and Zhangyanwei in Taiwan, Shangdong and Silicon Valley.

Utiliizing and developing the concept of good management and sophisticated manufacturing technology expertise of Ningbo  AODevices and Ningbo area in the design of electric and electronic equipment and the manufacturing of body parts, so as to lay a solid technological development foundation for the improvements of extensive application of LED and the enhancement of connotation of lighting products.

Our company now boasts of 150 staffs, in which research staffs are 8 people. We have 3000 square meters` antistatic and dust-proof assembly production department organised into 8 lamp production lines. With the development and promotion of new products, the application scale extended timely on the existing basis. We have achieved annual output capacity of 80 million. Moreover, our company’s new industrial park is undergoing construction with a total area of 35,000 square metres, which reserves production sites for company's future development. Our company also has a complete product inspection and testing equipment, which can ensure our products’ quality standards and various testing.

Ningbo AOD is committed to making the front end development and terminal application of LED industry developed in two directions, Gradually improving LED source ,LED power , Lighting applications and the whole industry process.
